- Did Rough Order of Magnitudes (ROM) and Solution Designs (SD) artefacts involving diversed flavors of enterprise-level platforms including Digitata Networks, Clickhouse, Airflow, Postgres, MySQL, Mycom NetExpert, IBM Maximo, IBM ICD, ServiceNow, Nasctech Streamline WFM, Huawei/Nokia NMS, SAP4 Hana/Ariba, Spatial Net OSPMS and others to support the automation of the processes of Globe NTG.
- Articulated demand user stories with NTG cross-functional stakeholders.
- Involved in service assurance, workflow automations, integrations and dashboarding related to Demand-Build-Operations-Retire, Finance and SCM, Site and Asset Management, TowerCo (Common Towers), Outside Plant (OSP), Joint Pole Agreement (JPA), Change Management Database or CMDB, Sustainability, TMForum compliance.
- Operations Excellence: Demand-to-Retire (D2R) process automation, Project Change Request (PCR) enhancements
- TowerCo Operations Integration: IBM Maximo, Mycom NetExpert, ServiceNow, Nasctech Streamline WFM
- Data Governance Tool: Datahub, OpenMetadata, Huawei DataCube
- Data Remediation of XDB: Clickhouse, Airflow, Postgres, MySQL
- Change Management Database or CMDB via ServiceNow and internally developed D2R systems
- Net-Zero Emission 2050. Solutions design for Sustainability platform to automate and integrate recording and monitoring Environmental, Social and Governance or ESG ratings of all Globe offices and tower sites
- National Electrification Association (NEA) Memo 2018-055: Joint Pole Agreement. Cleanup of obsolete Request-to-Attach (RTA), managing RTA and pole data, and integrating into enterprise Outside Plant Management System (OSPMS)
