- Overall corporate IT infrastructure budget and operations of Siemens Philippines and its affiliates including sections of information security, implementation strategies, standard workstation tools, licensing, service process improvements, and optimum performance monitoring.

- Managed infrastructure and inventory of more than 3 Siemens office sites, 3 Siemens project sites, 3 subsidiary sites, 20 production on-premises servers, Siemens PABX communication systems, and more than 500 user workstations
- User terminal server migration from Windows 2000 to Windows 2003 (December 2003). Application-mode Terminal Services was implemented in early 2002 to complete our Windows 2000 migration for users who have not included in their annual budgets to replace their legacy workstations, which became a Top+ effort to reduce workstation costs.
- Siemens NAIA-IPT3 project site setup. I lead the planning, evaluation and coordination with electrical, LAN, WAN, PABX, servers, workstations suppliers for this Siemens project site Andrews Avenue, Villamor Airbase.
- One Siemens. Office transfers of branches centrally in Makati.
- SAP Spiridon migration (July 2002). Spiridon is Siemens SAP template, hosted centrally in Singapore datacenters.

Thin Client POC Presentation at CIO Forum in Malaysia
With Windows 2000 forest being deployed all over Siemens Coporate Network, Siemens Philippines OIT Department
has proactively managed a Proof of Concept project of using Thin Clients and Legacy PCs to complete
our migration into Windows 2000. I came to Malaysia to co-present our POC results infront of the CIO Forum of Siemens.
Thin Client POC Project
When I attended one of the IT events held in Philippine hotels, I got my inquisitively
interested in the booth of Compaq Philippines where they featured Compaq Evo Thin Client T20.
After a week, I was surprised when Compaq actually sent me 2 units of their Evo T20 thin clients
for free to help my IT Department with our Thin Client POC.
